The Watermark Resources Online Store currently ships domestically to the US.
The cost of shipping your order will vary depending on weight and destination, which you will be able to verify before submitting your order. Our store uses a tracking API with the carrier to automatically calculate applicable shipping costs. This makes it easy for you to get a great price on shipping specifically to your location.
Please be aware that shipping outside the US may subject your order to additional customs, excise and import duties. Due to the plethora of international regulations surrounding the shipping process, we are not able to estimate these extra costs as part of the order process at this time.
What happens once I place an order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation for your records. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. Be sure to review your confirmation email for the expected ship date of your items.
The items we offer are custom decorated. As such, it will require a number of days to fulfill your order before it can be shipped out to you. We call this "production time".
Once your order has been produced, we will ship it out to you using the shipping method you selected during the order checkout process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please refer to the item description for detailed information on production times. This can be found in the "Specifications" box on the left side of each item's page.
The standard production time is 7 days. However, individual item production times may vary. Once an order is produced, we ship it out to you using the delivery method you specified at checkout. it is important to note that transit time is always in addition to production time. For customers shipping to locations outside of the US, your order may require additional days in transit for any applicable customs and duties processing as required in your destination country.
